Hwajeong Life Culture Center – Eoulim helps individuals and community to discover hobbies and preferences and, to grow together through communication and interaction. Located next to Hwajeong Park and Hwajeong Geulsaem Library, the culture center is comprised of an exhibition hall, cultural cafe, multipurpose room, club room and seminar room.

Gimhae Seobu Cultural Center is a comprehensive cultural and leisure space comprising of a performance hall, exhibition space, sports center, Yulha Library, and Seobu Counseling Center for youth.
